Job Overview:
The primary objective of this role is to spearhead new business opportunities through collaborative efforts with colleagues. This will involve bringing forward the best solutions to clients by leveraging risk advisory and insurance consulting services.
* Create innovative ideas for growth initiatives across the team
* Work closely with Global, Regional, Country Management Teams, and Aon Service Teams to deliver a wide range of insurance solutions and services
* Maintain robust relationships with clients, projects, and prospects, including servicing existing, new, and expanded business opportunities
* Advocate and deliver thought leadership and industry technical expertise to insurers, clients, prospects, and colleagues
Key Qualifications and Skills:
* A minimum requirement for registration with MAS or a similar qualification acceptable to MAS
* Prior experience in the energy, power, renewables, and construction insurance sector and client account management (minimum 10 years)
* Experience with sales and engagement with executive business decision-maker contacts, risk managers, and C-levels, advanced negotiation, deal structuring, and sales contract experience
* Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
