Assistant centre manager

FIXED TERM CONTRACT - Approx. 6-8 months
- Must have strong experience as a Centre Manager

**Fixed Term Contract - Initial 6/8 month contract**

Our client is one of Australia's largest diversified property owners who are currently seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to be located at one of their largest shopping centres located within Australia.

Due to an internal move on another project, an opportunity has arisen for a 6-8 month FTC to provide assistance to the Senior Centre Manager.

Reporting into the Senior Centre Manager other duties will also include, but are not limited to:

- Financial Management
- Identifying capital expenditure requirements
- Lease Management
- Preparing draft monthly reports
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, retailers and contractors.

Your main responsibilities will be to maximise centre income and asset value by effectively managing the day to day operations of the centre.
