We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Leader to drive our sales growth in the APAC market. This role will be instrumental in establishing and scaling our sales presence across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure success in all segments.
* Foster a consistent operating rhythm within the team, including goal-setting, regular check-ins, development plans, and accurate forecasting.
* Closely collaborate with cross-functional leaders to execute the sales strategy and achieve regional revenue targets.
Requirements and Qualifications
* A minimum of three years of experience in managing teams in a sales leadership capacity.
* Proven expertise in SaaS sales, preferably with experience in managing multi-segment sales teams.
* Demonstrated ability to implement processes and drive sales performance in an autonomous environment.
