About the Role
* We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Youth Disability Worker, providing vital support and care for these individuals in 24/7 Supported Independent Living settings.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Foster emotional social and cultural wellbeing through person-centred trauma-informed care practices.
* Collaborate with Case Managers to provide assistance with appointments family visits community connections education life skills promoting independence during transition into adulthood.
* Create safe empowering environments balancing youth work disability care by guiding Case Managers, providing essential life skills boosting confidence strengthening community connections.
