Job Description

Full‐time Theatre Receptionist role, based in East Melbourne. You will support perioperative team daily operations, providing front‐line administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth functioning of theatre services. Hours: Monday to Friday 0630 to 1430.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Perioperative Services, you will work collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff to deliver efficient, patient‐focused service in a fast‐paced surgical environment.

Required Skills & Experience

* Exceptional customer service skills, being first point of contact over the phone and in person.
* Highly organised, detail‐oriented and able to prioritise effectively in a fast‐paced environment.
* Proactive, collaborative approach and ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
* Strong communication, problem‐solving and computer skills.
* Understanding of confidentiality and privacy requirements.
* Administrative experience in a health care setting is desired.
