Requirements
Key Responsibilities
* Perform minor damage repairs on vehicles
* Determine the correct paint color for each vehicle
* Prepare and paint vehicle panels
* Buff panels as necessary
* Respray or touch up any damaged areas
* Travel to customer locations for on-site repairs
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong customer service skills
* Trade qualifications or nearing completion of an apprenticeship in spray painting
* Knowledge of water-based paint is a plus but not required
* Expertise in paint application
* Proficient in color mixing and matching
* Exceptional attention to detail and pride in your work
* Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
* Valid, unrestricted driver's license

* Certifications - Qualified trade qualification for vehicle repair and painting
