Senior Sales Director of North America
This is a highly sought-after leadership role that requires a seasoned sales professional to spearhead revenue growth in the USA, Canada, and internationally.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of success in sales management.
Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting sales objectives, quotas, and KPIs to monitor progress and ensure accountability.
They will also manage customer contracts, payment terms, receivables, and project management, as well as collaborate with marketing, product development, HR, and customer service to align initiatives.
A strong background in sales management and growth is essential, along with experience investigating markets, analyzing opportunities, and establishing market expansion strategies.
Dealer distribution network development and acquisition experience is a plus.
Key qualifications include 20 years of sales experience, at least 10 years in sales leadership and/or senior management roles, and a university degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or equivalent.
Certification in related fields is a plus.
