**The Company**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Banking & Allocations Officer to work with a successful and growing business in Sydney. This role is based in the City with lots of flexibility to WFH and is an ongoing temp role with the view to become permanent.
**The Role**
Joining the Accounts team of 6, your primary duties will comprise of:
- Processing credit card payments
- Processing credit/debit notes
- Bank and account reconciliation
- Dealing with accounts queries
- Direct debit and invoice run
- Other ad-hoc duties as required by the Manager
**About You**
- Previous experience in a similar Accounts/Customer Service position
- Excellent communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Excel and a large ERP System
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and accurately to deadlines
- Hard working team player
