Who are you?
You enjoy owning payroll end-to-end and aren't afraid to stay hands-on. You take pride in accuracy, can confidently sense-check outputs, and are the go-to for payroll queries. Calm, approachable, and collaborative, you value a people-first environment where relationships matter as much as technical skill.
Day to day
No two days will look exactly the same, but your responsibilities will include:
* Run the end-to-end payroll cycle (fortnightly)
* Provide recommendations on better ways to manage a process
* Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance and timely delivery
* Sense-check payroll outputs and resolve discrepancies
* Partner closely with P&C on payroll-related queries
* Process allowances, reimbursements and leave data
* Assist with payroll tax, super and compliance obligations
What's in your toolkit?
Must-haves:
* End-to-end payroll experience
* High preference for Success Factors experience or similar
* Strong understanding of payroll compliance
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies
* Comfortable working in a hands-on, standalone-style role
