CabMaster Draftsman – Joinery / Cabinet Making

We’re a busy and growing joinery business looking for an experienced CabMaster Draftsman to join our team. This role suits someone who’s detail-driven, practical, and understands how drawings translate to the factory floor.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for producing accurate shop drawings and CNC-ready files for residential and/or commercial joinery projects. You’ll work closely with our clients, project managers, and builders to ensure jobs run smoothly from concept to manufacture.
Key Responsibilities
* Create detailed joinery drawings using CabMaster
* Prepare CNC and production files
* Interpret architectural drawings and specifications
* Liaise with the workshop to resolve design or build issues
* Revise drawings based on client or site changes
* Maintain drawing standards and libraries
What We’re Looking For
* Strong experience using CabMaster & Enroute (essential)
* Background in joinery, cabinet making, or drafting
* Solid understanding of materials, hardware, and construction methods
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple jobs and meet deadlines
* Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
* Create material list ready for ordering
* Be able to check measure projects
