Perth Scoliosis Clinic is Western Australia's leading non‑surgical scoliosis care provider, delivering individualised, evidence‑based support. We are now hiring a Junior Receptionist to join us part‑time from mid‑January 2026 .
This opportunity is ideal for someone in their late teens or early twenties, especially those with lived experience of scoliosis —whether personally or through a family member. Your understanding of this journey makes you uniquely placed to welcome and support others going through it.
What You'll Be Doing
* Greeting patients and families in a warm, professional manner
* Answering phones and managing email enquiries
* Booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments
* Assisting with admin duties and maintaining an organised front desk
* Supporting our clinical and admin teams with day‑to‑day operations
What We're Looking For
* A calm, compassionate communicator with strong attention to detail
* Someone comfortable using email and calendar tools
* A team player, ready to learn and take initiative
* Personal experience with scoliosis is strongly valued
* Previous admin or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
