A well-established developer builder is seeking a motivated Site Engineer to join their growing team in Brisbane. This company have a strong presence in the high-rise residential space and a solid pipeline of upcoming projects from Gold Coast through to Sunshine Coast.

The Role
As a Site Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure construction activities on site are delivered in line with company standards and fully comply with contract documentation, relevant legislation, and industry requirements.
Working closely with the site team, QA Manager, Continuous Improvement team, subcontractors and suppliers, you will play a key role in driving quality outcomes and ensuring projects are delivered to meet — and exceed — client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with project planning, programming and site coordination
* Manage RFIs, shop drawings and document control
* Coordinate subcontractors and consultants
* Monitor QA processes and ensure compliance with specifications
* Support cost tracking and reporting
* Maintain strong safety standards across site operations
What you will bring
* Degree qualified in Construction Management or related construction
* 1+ year experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer on high-rise or multi-residential projects is NECESSARY
* Strong understanding of construction sequencing on vertical builds
* Confident liaising with subcontractors, consultants and internal teams
* Career-driven and looking to progress within a reputable builder
