Salary
Base salary: $83,099 per annum plus 15% superannuation. Salary sacrificing up to $15,900 and meal entertainment/holiday accommodation benefit up to $2,650 per year.
About the Role
The Graphics and Communications Officer plays a key role in strengthening the NLC's brand through the creation of clear, engaging and accessible visual content. You will design and deliver high‐quality graphics across print, digital, social media, publications and events, ensuring consistency with NLC brand standards. As part of the Media and Communications team, you will translate complex information into simple, impactful visual formats that support communication, engagement and understanding across the organisation, contribute to major publications such as Land Rights News and support digital campaigns and multimedia outputs.

Qualifications
* A Diploma in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum two (2) years' professional graphic design experience.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office.
* Strong understanding of layout, typography and pre‐press requirements.
