Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mentone, VIC, for a Real Estate Agent. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting real estate properties while providing outstanding customer service. Daily responsibilities include property showings, building client relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing transactions from start to finish. Additionally, the successful candidate will conduct market research and provide strategic advice to clients on market trends and property opportunities.
Qualifications
Valid Real Estate License and a thorough understanding of real estate laws and regulationsProven experience in Real Estate, Real Property transactions, and SalesStrong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain professional relationshipsKnowledge of Mentone, VIC, and surrounding areas is a plusExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneouslyProficient in real estate software and digital toolsRelevant qualifications or certifications in real estate or a related field are highly regarded
