Overview
Our client, a well-established construction services business, is seeking a proactive Office Administrator to support day-to-day operations in a permanent, all-rounder role. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted support position in a fast-paced, professional environment. You'll work closely with a Senior EA to help keep the office running smoothly, from coordinating calendars and maintaining office supplies to supporting broader admin functions and stepping in where needed. If you're organised, confident, and ready to take ownership across a variety of tasks, this is a chance to make a real impact in a team that values collaboration and ongoing professional development.

About The Role
* Provide day-to-day support to the Senior EA across office and executive tasks.
* Own general office upkeep – kitchen supplies, meeting rooms, catering, and events.
* Coordinate travel, manage calendars, and assist with document control.
* Process invoices and support broader administration across the business.
* Offer backup support to the CEO's EA during leave period.
About You
* 2–3 years' experience in administration and office coordination.
* A background in legal administration or coordination is a bonus; the ability to manage sensitive information and juggle competing priorities will set you apart.
* Confident communicator who can handle direct feedback and work autonomously.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, professional setting.
* Ready to take ownership and grow with the role.
