As a Business Development Manager (Broker Channel), you'll be the driving force behind growth in South/Australia, building strong relationships with brokers and empowering them to deliver personal and asset loan solutions to their clients. The role:
Managing a high volume of customer interactions across broker channels.
Driving strong sales outcomes through consultative; niche and relationship-based selling.
Promoting financial products and credit solutions with accuracy and compliance.
Building rapport, overcoming objections, and converting quotes, leads into successful applications.
Working collaboratively with internal teams to enhance customer outcomes and operational efficiency.

About You
You're enthusiastic, self-driven, and thrive on building relationships. You love being on the road, managing your own schedule, and turning opportunities into results.
Ideally, you bring:
Proven success in hitting and exceeding volume-based sales targets.
Experience in finance, lending, credit or similar industries (preferred but not essential).
Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to learn fast, adapt quickly and maintain energy in a performance-driven environment.
A customer-first mindset with a commitment to responsible lending principles.
Resilience, hunger for success, and a positive, team-focused attitude.
Bonus Points For:
Previous experience as an RM or BDM in broker distribution.
Certificate IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking and Finance.
Degree in finance or related discipline.
Exposure to both secured and unsecured lending.
