Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain server and network infrastructure, including hardware, software, and security systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability of services.
- Implement and manage backups, disaster recovery plans, and data integrity protocols.
- Configure and deploy new hardware and software solutions according to company standards.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to maintain system security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application deployment and resolve technical issues.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements to existing systems.
- Document processes, configurations, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and knowledge sharing.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as required.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and organizational policies regarding data security and privacy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking protocols.
- Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud services.
- Proficient in scripting and automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are preferred.
