In this role, you will provide policy, administrative, and executive support to the Statewide Revenue Management team. Responsibilities include preparing reports and correspondence, conducting research and analysis on revenue issues, coordinating projects, liaising with stakeholders, and managing executive support tasks such as meetings and diaries.
The Role:
The Policy and Executive Support Officer is a key member of the Statewide Revenue Management Team, directly supporting the Manager Statewide Revenue and Assistant Manager Statewide Revenue as well as supporting the Statewide revenue team as a whole with written advice, reports, documentation and projects and providing comprehensive and high-quality administrative support and coordination.
You will need:
To have the ability to provide input into high level strategic advice regarding revenue issues for the Minister, Secretary, Agency and other stakeholders.
To have the ability to undertake research and analysis to contribute to the development and maintenance of revenue policies and protocols and resolution of issues as they arise.
* Sound working knowledge or the ability to quickly acquire that knowledge of public hospital revenue practices and associated legislation.
* Proven experience in and understanding of the provision of policy and executive support in an environment subject to work pressures and change.
* Demonstrated ability to draw on analytical and critical thinking skills to solve problems, make recommendations and improve systems and processes.
* Proven ability to plan, prioritise and work effectively and efficiently to meet deadlines.

Salary:
$81,915 to $94,263 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
