The Export Coordinator is responsible for:Providing a high level of customer service to all customersCoordinating the sales and shipments of products to a group of customers and/or intercompany officesConducting work in a safe manner and demonstrating a strong commitment to SDI's values of passion, accountability, respect, teamwork and innovationResponsible for customer accounts from order entry, full export documentation, credit limits and regulatory affairs issuesMonitors Intercompany stock & shipmentsMonitors and codes expensesAssists with Forecasting & monitors Intercompany Inventory as requiredMonitors Freight rates and ensures SDI always has competitive ratesKeeps up to date with Import requirements and legislation changes of countries that SDI exports toOther duties as requiredSDI Intercompany officesQAWarehouseSDI ManagementProduction/Planning/PurchasingFinanceThe position is located at BayswaterWorking hours: 10-day fortnightLocal, interstate and international travel as requiredProfessionalFluent in SpanishDangerousGood Certified for both Airfreight and Seafreight (advantageous)Previous Export job experience minimum 2 yearsStrong Organisation and Administration SkillsExcelSAP (Advantageous)IncotermsStrong attention to detailTime management skills and ability to prioritise efficiently
