What you'll be doing
The Plumber will assist with day to day operations and provide a range of site maintenance services. The incumbent will perform plumbing, hydraulic and mechanical work on a planned and emergency basis related to preventative and corrective maintenance while contributing to the development and implementation of safe work practises, methods and guidelines. You will make recommendations of possible financial improvements to the site, complete relevant work management dockets (AFM) including work feedback, inventory and general maintenance reports. Provide advice to staff and stakeholders within area of responsibility and at times of leave undertake the role and duties of the Leading Hand Plumber.
1. Holds relevant Plumbing trade qualification including TMV, RPZ Occupational Health and Safety General Induction For Construction in NSW Certificate or willingness to obtain within three months of appointment.
2. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of computer systems and effective communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver of high standard of customer service.
