Why This Role Matters
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be on the front line representing the MaxiPARTS brand to our customers. You’ll build strong, lasting relationships, provide expert advice, and help businesses find the parts and solutions they need to stay on the road.
Your contribution directly impacts our growth and customer satisfaction — success in this role is about creating trusted partnerships, driving sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer service every day.
What Success Looks Like
* Developing strong, ongoing relationships with new and existing customers
* Proactively identifying opportunities to grow sales and market share
* Delivering outstanding service through the entire sales experience
* Promoting product lines, special offers, and value-added solutions
* Achieving (and exceeding) sales and performance targets
* Representing MaxiPARTS with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm

What You’ll Bring
* At least 5 years of sales experience, ideally within the spare parts, transport, or automotive industry
* The ability to develop strong, positive relationships with customers
* An understanding of sales budgets, margins, and business drivers
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
* A hands-on, mechanically minded approach (advantageous but not essential)
* Sound computer skills and strong attention to detail
* A commitment to teamwork, safety, and a positive workplace culture
