**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Part of the Global Travel Retail Team and reporting to the Senior Account Manager Travel Retail, the Retail Manager is responsible for developing and leading our brand strategy for the ANZ market with excellent brand representation in all major airports/downtown in the region.
- Build and nurture relationships with store managers and local operators.
- Participate to gain market insights, grab share of space & in-store visibility, and recommend specific action points for improvement.
- Monitor pricing deviations vs RRSP and vs competitors, and report any red flags to Business Analyst.
- Identify any area of opportunities in the field such as: sellout, promos, visibility, stocks etc and craft own recommendations for improvement.
- Support Sales, Retail and Marketing team in new store opening execution of stores.
- Support the regional Trainer in building a training schedule and coordinating the team's attendance in trainings.
- Support in the field coaching of generic staff in stores, especially in doors without Sales Ambassadors.
- Escalate critical issues impacting performance and work with the other department to eliminate obstacles, expedite issue resolution, and ensure operational execution and financial goals are achieved.
- Collaborate closely with other functions (Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Business Analyst, Account Managers and Trainers) to ensure excellent execution of new launches and campaign in store.
- Ensure retail KPI target achievement of Airport/ Downtown Stores.
- Ensure compliance to our MH visual merchandising guidelines at all times.

**This position will held **80% field 20% office, with priority airports being Sydney, Melbourne, and Auckland

To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and experience:

- Strong experience in travel retail management and luxury retail experience is preferred
- Strong management and communication skills****:

- Ability to quickly analyse
- Capable of understanding consumer
- Ability to work cross level, cross-functionally, cross-culturally, and build strong relationships
- Ability to recognize when to be hands on and when to step back and take a coaching/teaching role
- Fluent English speaker is a must, Mandarin is a plus
