Key Role: Senior Substation Engineer Primary Electrical position at a leading Renewable Energy company.
* This senior substation engineer will be responsible for producing and managing design deliverables for High Voltage T&D projects, including feasibility studies and tender designs. The role requires leading design management, engineering governance, quality assurance, and technical mentoring of the Substation Design Team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of national and international engineering standards, and experience with High Voltage T&D project deliverables, feasibility studies, and tender designs.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the design management team to produce and manage high-quality deliverables
* Oversee design reviews and verifications to ensure compliance with engineering standards
* Mentor junior engineers on quality assurance and industry standards
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans
Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Power Systems Engineering, membership with professional engineering bodies, and strong communication skills.
