Night Auditor – Sheraton Melbourne Hotel

Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a quiet yet dynamic environment? Sheraton Melbourne Hotel is seeking a Night Auditor to join our Guest Services team. This is a key role ensuring smooth overnight operations, exceptional guest experiences, and accurate financial reporting.
What You'll Do
* Process guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and late check-out requests.
* Secure payments, issue/reissue room keys, and verify billing accuracy.
* Run nightly audits, prepare reports, and complete system backups.
* Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
* Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to maintain service standards.
* Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, and ensure financial accuracy.
* Maintain safety and security of guests and hotel assets during the night.
What We're Looking For

* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic computer skills and willingness to learn hotel systems.
* High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality experience a plus, but not required).
