Leadership Opportunity in Property Management
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our property management team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 5 property managers, managing a portfolio of properties, and engaging with both the direct team and the broader leadership team to create a positive experience for clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage, train, and develop multiple team members and guide them on best practice property management
* Tenant and landlord relationship management
* Maintenance and repairs management
* Engaging with internal members of the business to ensure day-to-day efficiency
* Achieve objectives and targets set by the management team on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
* Oversee training and development of new members of staff
* Handling complaints escalated from the Property Managers/Customer Care
