About the role:
Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll ensure the smooth running of the spare parts department.
You’ll work across all brands and be the main point of contact for customer sales and enquiries.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the spare parts team (2);
- Customer contact for parts enquires and sales;
- Picking, packing and dispatching of parts;
- Providing service to walk in customers and dealers;
- Ensuring parts are provided effectively and efficiently to customers; and
- Stock control including forecasting and purchasing recommendations.
About you:
As the leader of the spare parts team, you will possess:
- Experience with stock control systems;
- Store and warehouse experience and some technical background in parts (or similar);
- Excellent communication skills and; and
- Ability to lead successfully.
