Drive Growth in Regular Giving
Rewarding opportunity for a Fundraising Executive to drive a well-established and successful Regular giving program. Develop acquisition and retention strategies to recruit and grow long-term donors, reducing attrition and improving connection.
Key responsibilities include:
* Building and delivering acquisition and retention strategies to grow the regular giving program
* Developing a donor journey and communications plan to improve engagement and increase connection
* Supporting the development of a successful acquisition strategy to grow the regular giving program
* Liaising with telemarketing consultants and overseeing performance through reporting and regular WIPs
* Maintaining accurate and current information in Raiser's Edge database
What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A relevant tertiary qualification or 3+ years' experience in fundraising
* Excellent organisational, coordination, relationship management skills
* Experience of working with regular giving or direct marketing fundraising programs
* Strong ability to multi-task and work under pressure
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with telemarketing (desirable)
* Sound database and excel skills
* Superior attention to detail
* Proven ability to develop strong working relationships with people at all levels
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Requirements:
* Working with Children Check clearance (NSW) and National Police Clearance
