In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the delivery of a project, or a key component of a larger and more complex project, ensuring high-quality outcomes across design, client engagement, team performance and financial results.As an Associate, you'll take projects from inception through to completion, or contribute as a specialist in design, delivery, or a technical discipline.
You'll lead day-to-day project management activities, develop client and consultant relationships, prepare project plans, and ensure documentation and design deliverables meet the highest standards.You'll apply advanced technical knowledge to solve complex challenges, recommend solutions, and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
You'll mentor junior staff and actively contribute to studio culture and success.About YouYou are a proven design and project leader with advanced skills in your discipline and the ability to deliver projects that balance design excellence with efficient outcomes.
You thrive in client-facing roles, communicate with clarity, and bring strong project management capabilities to every engagement.You will have:7+ years post-graduate experience, with architectural registration preferred.Advanced knowledge of design principles, building materials, construction methods, codes, standards, and regulationsStrong proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, 3D software, Microsoft Suite, AMS and New FormaDemonstrated design and documentation skills across all project stagesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey design intent clearlyEstablished project management and leadership skills, with a track record of successful project deliveryA commitment to ongoing learning and mentoring, with a genuine interest in contributing to studio culture and team successEmployee BenefitsWith a focus on corporate social responsibility and environmental initiatives, you'll appreciate our welcoming, community-driven atmosphere.
