We are currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our customers asphalt and spray seal crews.
Asphalt Supervisors
- 5+ years of leadership experience in the Asphalt industry
- Demonstrated success in managing performance to meet and exceed agreed targets
- Successful track record with planning, organising and time management
- Effective supervision of personnel, plant, machinery, and subcontractors on site
Asphalt and Spray Seal Operators
- Operate all equipment and machinery associated with Asphalt production (Front End Loader, Roller, Paver...)
- Spreader Driver
- Understand the operation of Asphalt plants
- Manage daily prestart and other activities, and ensure all equipment is kept clean and in good working condition
- Perform general civil laboring duties
Essential Skills and Experience
- Valid Driver's License - HR
- Willing to undergo Medical and Drug and Alcohol screen test
- Availability for weekend work and work away
- Experience operating heavy equipment (tickets preferred)
- A strong ‘team player’ with the proven positive attitude to work well with others
