We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Adelaide, Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for making contact with potential clients, proposing solutions to meet their unique business needs, and providing online demonstrations.
Responsibilities include:
* Make contact with potential clients each day via assigned leads & opportunities
* Propose solutions to customers that meet their unique business needs
* Provide online demonstrations where necessary to potential customers
* Promptly respond to email requests
* Provide quotes and follow up on quotations within defined timeframes
* Meet daily/ weekly/ monthly revenue targets set by the Inside Sales Team Manager
* Process written requests from our prospects and customers
* Discover opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional products to customers by conducting a thorough needs analysis
Key Requirements Include:
* Strong oral and written fluency in English
* Two years' experience in sales / customer service
* Technology industry experience desirable
* Ability to conduct a needs analysis and customize solutions
* Advanced knowledge of Windows and general knowledge of technology
* Strong customer service and effective communication skills
* Team oriented, but able to work independently
* Creative and adaptable sales approach
* Native Japanese language skills (oral and written)
