To get our guests' memorable experiences off to an unforgettable start, we're looking for a Club Lounge Attendant who can make transactions feel seamless, offer exceptional local insights, and anticipate every request to ensure every guest feels valued and recieves personalised attention to feel right at home.
Responsibilities
Deliver elevated luxury experiences and guests receive an exclusive personalised experience
Ensure appreciated recognition is provided to our most exclusive guests
Acknowledge IHG Rewards members, InterContinental Ambassadors & returning guests, in person or on the phone
Staying one step of our guests' needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations
Being our guests' trusted contact – helping with everything from bill issues to restaurant recommendations
Always know what events and activities are on the days schedule
Collaborate with other departments (Housekeeping, Front Desk, etc.) to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
What We Need From You
Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you'll be easy to talk to
Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories
Fluency in English – extra language skills would be great, but not essential.
Flexibility– night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job
Current and Valid RSA Certificate
