Job Description Analyse and document business requirements for ERP systems in line with organisational goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve system issues.
Develop and implement system improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare detailed project documentation and reports for management review.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure successful ERP adoption.
Provide support for system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Monitor the performance of ERP systems and recommend optimisation strategies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Business Analyst - ERP should have: Proven experience working with ERP systems, specifically JDE.
Experience working in ERP consultancy firms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in documenting business requirements and technical specifications.
Ability to engage and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
