Audiology Professional Opportunity

Join our audiology team and make a positive difference in people's lives. As an audiologist, you will be responsible for assessing auditory problems of non-complex adult clients and providing appropriate rehabilitative support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assess auditory problems of non-complex adult clients using established Australian hearing practice methods and standards.
* Provide rehabilitative support including fitting hearing aids, assistive listening devices, personal amplification devices, accessories and/or communication strategies as appropriate.
* Refer clients to other professionals or seek guidance from more senior audiologists where needed.
* Participate in providing services at visiting sites and home visits.
* Liaise with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) representatives, other allied health & support agencies and families/carers to ensure best practice and outcomes for each client.
* Undertake marketing/public relations activities in the community as required.
* Provide excellent customer service, manage client load and meet revenue targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Tertiary qualification in Audiology.
* Full and current membership with Audiology Society of Australia.
* Sound knowledge of clinical Audiology and procedures in accordance with Australian Audiology standards.
* Sound knowledge of Hearing Services Program.
* Exposure to National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) scheme.
