Incident and Injury Coordinator | 2:1 Roster
Purpose:
To lead and enhance incident management processes that ensure operational continuity, safety, and compliance across the organization.
Core Responsibilities
HSE Oversight:
* Apply advanced HSE knowledge to promote safe work environments.
* Promote and foster Company HSE standards and goals with programs throughout the Company and/or project to confirm a safe and productive work environment
* Develop and monitor Incident and injury programs and contribute to project planning documents.
* Conduct HSE Specialist Duties as required
Incident Management:
* Oversee the full lifecycle of incidents—from identification to resolution.
* Act as the central coordinator during incidents, ensuring timely communication and response.
* Maintain detailed incident logs and analyze trends for continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Support:
* Work closely with HSE and other departments and escalate issues when needed.
* Provide training and ensure adherence to incident and injury management protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Preferred: Workers Compensation and Injury Management Experience
* Qualification minimum Certificate 1V in HSE
* Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience:
* Prior experience in incident management or similar roles.
* Mining and Construction experience
* Lead Incident Investigation Trained
* HSE Experience
