We are Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the design and construction of a new extension to our aquarium. This exciting project will enhance our visitor experience and expand our educational and conservation facilities.
Responsibilities
- Directly reporting to the Vice President of Operations.
- Pricing and budget preparation.
- Manage project timelines, budgets and resources.
- Coordinate with architects and contractors.
- Liasing with subcontractors, suppliers, site supervisors and all trades staff.
- Organise and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Build and maintain rapport with Clients, including site meetings.
- Provide regular progress reports to management.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in tilt up panel construction
- Solid organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
