Job Overview
This role involves providing essential support in key areas including recruitment and talent management, HR administration, and contributing to departmental projects.
Main Responsibilities:
* Recruitment and Talent Management: Source, identify, onboard and monitor quality candidates to meet the needs of the organization while providing constructive feedback.
* HR Administration: Maintain and develop existing HR files, systems and instruments, monthly staff communications and bulletins.
* Contribute to Departmental Projects: Employee Assistance Program, IR initiatives, special events, regular meetings and information sessions.
* Candidate Engagement: Communicate with work teams and stakeholders, seeking feedback on training and onboarding progress.
* Sustainability and Values: Support and promote key company values and ethos to assist team members.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in high-volume recruitment will be prioritized.
* Recent graduates in Human Resource Management are also encouraged to apply.
* A minimum of recent work experience at an HR Coordinator or Assistant level is required.
* Experience in manufacturing, engineering, and construction industries will be highly regarded.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to build positive relationships.
* Well-developed analytical and reporting skills, emphasizing precision, accuracy, and concision.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is mandatory.
