About the Role
We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Home Care Support Workers to join our growing team on a casual basis. This role involves supporting elderly clients within their homes to maintain their independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care assistance including showering, grooming, and dressing
* Assist with domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
* Support clients with shopping, transport, and social activities
* Monitor client wellbeing and report concerns appropriately
* Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation
* Deliver services in line with care plans and organisational policies
Selection Criteria & Qualifications
* Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent (preferred)
* Previous experience in aged care, home care, or disability support (desirable)
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Current National Police Check
* Current Driver's Licence and reliable insured vehicle
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
* Understanding of professional boundaries, confidentiality, and client dignity
