About the Role
A dynamic opportunity has arisen for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service within retail and/or warehousing environments.
* Key responsibilities include:
* Providing first point of contact for retail sales and enquiries;
* Receiving and storing incoming goods with precision;
* Efficiently processing orders, including point of sale and invoicing;
* Picking and packing outgoing goods to customers and store transfers with accuracy;
* Assisting with stock control, including inventory monitoring and stocktakes;
* Fostering excellent customer relationships through effective communication;
* Ensuring compliance with safety requirements;
* Contributing to day-to-day operations by performing general duties.
About You
* Cert III in Retail or minimum 2 years retail or warehouse experience is required;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and financial software is expected;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including listening, written, and verbal communication, are necessary;
* The ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team is essential;
* Problem-solving skills suitable to the role and responsibility level are needed;
* Exceptional customer service skills are required to build successful relationships and exceed customer expectations;
* A current valid driving license is a must;
* Self-motivation and the ability to work successfully autonomously as well as part of a team when required are key.
Desirable
* A forklift license (or willingness and ability to obtain) is an asset;
* Experience in the agricultural industry is beneficial;
* Inventory management experience is advantageous.
