Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning to handover.
Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and report on project progress to senior management.
About You
Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction, ideally in social or multi-residential housing.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and complex stakeholder relationships.
Sound knowledge of construction methods, safety, and quality standards.
QBCC or relevant certification/licence preferred.
