Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our dynamic property management department.
About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding position responsible for the end-to-end management of a residential property portfolio. Working within a supportive team environment, you will manage properties on behalf of landlords while maintaining positive, professional relationships with tenants.
Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
* Day-to-day management of a residential portfolio
* Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
* Managing maintenance requests and repairs
* Conducting routine inspections and condition reports
* Handling leasing, renewals and tenancy agreements
* Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and agency procedures
About You
We are looking for a positive, organised and proactive individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You will ideally bring:
* Previous property management experience
* Strong communication and time-management skills
* A professional, solutions-focused approach
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
An Assistant Agent Certificate is highly advantageous. If not currently held, it must be obtained prior to commencing employment.
