As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in leading the team to achieve business objectives. You will provide coaching and development opportunities to team members, manage daily operations, and ensure store presentation meets high standards.

The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience in a fashion retail environment and a strong passion for fashion and delivering excellent customer service. They will also possess knowledge of loss prevention and health & safety practices.
