Are a lawyer admitted to practice in NSW with
min 4+ years post qualification
experience [up to Senior Associate level] in
commercial litigation ;
Have solid experience drafting pleadings/affidavits+ litigating in the
higher courts-Federal and Supreme Courts

have strong technical, advocacy, negotiation+ client management skills;
