Job Overview

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless coverage across our span of hours in a fast-paced store environment. This will involve working a rotating roster and contributing to a positive culture focused on safety and teamwork.

* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team is essential.
* Flexible availability across our span of hours is required.
* Prior experience working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and budgets is necessary.
* Effective time management and organisational skills are crucial.
* Demonstrated people leadership and safety management skills are also required.
