About the Role
As a Residential Care Worker, you’ll be the heartbeat of our village—delivering compassionate, person-centred care that uplifts and empowers. Your day-to-day will include:
- Supporting residents with personal care and daily living
- Assisting with meals and maintaining a clean, safe environment
- Engaging in meaningful activities that bring joy and connection
- Documenting care accurately and professionally
- Building genuine relationships that help residents feel at home
Qualifications
- A Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or similar (preferred but not essential)
- Experience in aged care or community care (desired)
- A commitment to dignity, respect, and excellence in care
