Description The Role - A Day in the Life of an Administration Officer You will provide exceptional customer service to all participants and visitors of the organisation and proactively seek ways to improve service delivery for the organisation through improved processes and quality service whilst providing the Self-Employment Assistance team with administrative, quality and compliance support. Your Key Responsibilities will include; To develop solid program knowledge and be able to answer program related questions and market ETC’s services to clients Answering Self-Employment Assistance program enquiries and transferring information to required destination efficiently Maintain participants' aXcelerate profiles (internal learning and student management software) Accurate data is maintained and submitted in the Department's IT Systems as required Undertake general administrative duties for the Self-Employment Assistance team Records management Skills And Experiences Criteria for Success At least 2 years’ experience in an administration role Ability to handle customer enquiries effectively through use of highly developed communication and conflict resolution skills Pleasant phone manner and well presented Ability to priorities competing demands to ensure deadlines are met within required timeframes A recent clear National Police Check A current QLD Blue Card Why work for ETC We pride ourselves on offering a positive work culture and environment for employees to achieve their best.
