Commencing in early April 2026, you are primarily responsible for providing technical support in an operating theatre environment to our hospital-based customers for our Trauma & Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) product portfolio. Key responsibilities include: + Attending surgical procedures and providing expert technical support to Orthopaedic and CMF Surgeons and Nursing staff in the correct and safe use of products + Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing in-service training to Registrars, Nursing staff and Healthcare Practitioners + Optimising opportunities by passing on leads to the Sales Team and providing product demo as required + Maintaining strong product knowledge through ongoing training and driving clinical excellence through professional and exceptional customer experience \*\*About You\*\* + Tertiary qualification in a health-related field (Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Science, Chiropractic etc.) and experience providing clinical support in-theatre during orthopaedic or CMF surgeries highly regarded + Confidence to work effectively under pressure in an operating theatre environment and ability to work after-hours and weekend on-call on a rotating roster + Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills + Autonomous and able to work as part of a team, is organised with good time management skills \*\*Great Place to Work Certified - 2025\*\* Great Place to Work Certification recognises employers who create outstanding employee experience.
