About the Role
As an NDIS Support Coordinator, you'll help participants navigate their NDIS plans and connect with the right supports. You'll work closely with clients, providers, and the NDIA to ensure services are aligned with individual goals. Throughout your role, you will provide coaching and advice to help your clients build more independence by working toward managing their own plans effectively.
Key responsibilities:
* Unpack NDIS plans and allocate funding appropriately
* Coordinate service providers and facilitate service agreements
* Represent clients during plan reviews and funding submissions
* Liaise with stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes
About You
You're passionate about supporting people with disability and thrive in a collaborative, goal-driven environment. You're confident, resourceful, and committed to achieving strong outcomes for clients.
You'll bring:
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to analyse, report, and problem-solve
* Understanding of NDIS processes and billable hours
* Experience working to KPIs and managing competing priorities

Mandatory requirements:
Unrestricted NSW Driver's Licence, full working rights, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and police clearance.
