The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service & E-commerce Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, managing e-commerce order workflows, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our digital sales platforms.
Responsibilities
Customer Support:
* Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve issues related to orders, shipping, product inquiries, returns, and warranties
* Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
* Process online orders, monitor fulfillment status, and ensure timely dispatch
* Liaise with warehouse/logistics partners to track and resolve delivery issues
* Update customers proactively on any order delays or stock issues
* Coordinate with marketing on promotions, discount codes, and customer outreach campaigns
* Assist with managing reviews and customer-generated content

* Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon)
* Familiarity with CRM and helpdesk tools (e.g. Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk)
* Highly organized with attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
* Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
