About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will oversee daily warehouse operations for efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and inspire a team of florists, drivers, and support staff in line with our values
* Monitor performance and product quality, striving for continuous improvement
* Manage stock levels and collaborate with the buying team to ensure fresh and beautiful flowers
* Coordinate deliveries and maintain relationships with couriers
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as product quality, labour costs, delivery times, and stock levels
* Plan and manage large events like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas
* Maintain a safe working environment and keep our location looking its best
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Customer-focused with attention to detail and a passion for quality
* A self-motivated attitude and strong work ethic
