We are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our team as Prequalification Specialists.
* The Nile Basin Initiative Secretariat invites suppliers and service providers to submit applications for prequalification of goods, works, and services.
This is an entry-level full-time position in management and manufacturing that requires a strong foundation in business operations, finance, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and their qualifications
* Evaluate supplier proposals against established criteria
* Maintain accurate records of supplier information
In this role you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders including government agencies, private sector companies and civil society organizations. You will be responsible for coordinating meetings between these parties, facilitating dialogue on issues such as trade policy reform. You should have excellent communication skills both written & verbal. In addition you must be able to analyze complex data sets effectively draw appropriate conclusions based upon your analysis.
